Our Services
1.
Parent Coaching
Our Parent Coaching service is offered via telehealth to better accommodate the busy lives of modern families. This service duration is 45 minutes. We will focus on your concerns and goals. After, you will receive a session summary to keep for reference. Sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled by clicking the button below.
Head & Heart’s approach considers each families experience in the broader context of their life. We are dedicated to helping you overcome obstacles that stop you from being the caregiver you want to be. We will explore your child’s unique needs or behaviors with curiosity and without judgment. We celebrate all of the wins, and we will find knowledge in failure.
Head & Heart does not offer medical advice. We are not an agency providing direct service. If you’re seeking these resources please schedule a Resource Collecting session.

This service is appropriate for parents and caregivers, such as ECE professionals, teachers or therapists, who are seeking support in regards to a child’s education. Sessions will focus on concerns in the learning environment. This includes: specially designed instruction (SDI), environmental accomodations, affirming practices, play-based learning, resources, record reviews, and advocacy coaching. Providers and therapists seeking support are encouraged to schedule a consultation.

About Us
Head & Heart, LLC is owned and operated by me, Kelsie. My career began in Early Childhood Education more than 10 years ago; I have found my home working with families of neurodivergent children. I love problem solving with you to find real solutions that make lasting progress. I am a neurodivergent adult with a passion for creating spaces to encourage acceptance and joy by slowing down society. Some of my core values are acceptance, authenticity, and curiosity. I am constantly learning and this expands my practice so that I better understand the science (head) and real-world (heart) impacts of traditional parenting and instructional strategies. My practice has been built on a foundation of trauma-informed and human-centered approaches. A parent is a child’s first teacher, this is a fact, and through Head & Heart I hope to offer you access to better tools and resources so that you feel as powerful as you are. As an ally I serve as a tool that contributes to your work in your garden and I hope we get to work together soon.
